With RSVP or Tickets addon, virtual plus addon will allow guests to sign-in before accessing virtual event information. Using ActionUser event manager, you can see who have signed in already.
Combine with countdown timer addon to show before event countdown timer on eventcard. That will auto load virtual access when timer runs out.
Combine with Reviewer Addon to show leave reviews button once event is over.

Yes, you would need either RSVP or Tickets addon with ActionUser addon. With them, guests will be able to sign in before joining in the video. In actionUser event manager, the admin can see who signed in already.
With RSVP, you can restrict user from seeing pre-event information until they RSVP. RSVP will also offer guests to sign-in before joinin the live video.
With Tickets, you can restrict user from seeing pre-event information until they have purchased a ticket. Ticket will also offer guests to sign-in before joinin the live video.
The front-end event manager feature of actionUser will offer the admin or event creator the ability to see which of the guests have signed-in
